Fix Static template examples inside d8content folder to match the updated JSON (ingest/update time) for this release #286

What?
This is not a comprehensive re-work of the templates and we know (and have written) newer templates live with more info. But all these templates are meant to be starting points for users. Still I have a backlog since I was not even aware people were looking at this so sync "static/not machinable ones" with the actual live ones (which are updated, some might need tweaking?) on every release
