Make OSD aware of the new Annotation toolbar offset

# What?

When annotations are enabled (logged in user + setting on the formatter) we add dynamically a new toolbar which is 53px in height. Because on JS we set the height based on the PHP passed settings, the OSD Canvas overflows into the next container.

This might be fixed via JS (simpler) or via PHP
