Various JS/Ajax interaction cleanups and bug fixes

What?

Smallish fires everywhere. Nothing big but before a release one must clean up

• buildOptionsForm for the Ajax interactions needs better checking
• Prototype overrides for new Ajax driven views load needs to also respect old behavior in case there are just Ajax views around
• Allow IABookreader to load Manifests Async. How? No idea. Kinda a magic black box but I need to figure it out
• Add a JSON compactor (not pretty print) for exposed endpoints. (to make the payload smaller)

Etc. Nice for a Monday
