SBR temporary files are not always being properly composted #103

What?
Files generated by OCR and other processors that use intermediate files are not being properly composted. I need to check the logic, can't remember seeing this on 1.3.0 but might also be a product of larger ingests/migrations after a few years of running things
Ideally no lingering (linger, like the song) files should persist after an OCR. It can overwhelm the storage quite quickly
