Allow Role to be autocompleted from CSV based vocabulary too

# What?

Extend LoD autocompletes for certain terms (Role for both IR and normal multi agent) to also drive their autocompletes from a CSV attached to an ADO (normally DataSet) including a new "must be in set" validation, to disallow after-autocomplete replacement with random values (basically, once autocompleted, the value needs to still match/be part of the original vocab)
