Allow Configurable and Named Custom LoD endpoints for Reconciliation

What?

This permeates into AMI. But AMI uses the exposed LoD endpoint (hardcoded) this module provide. It would be great if this module would also allow users to set-up named/pre-configured LoD reconciliation endpoints (since it provides most of the functionality) that could then be re-used in both Webform autocompletes and AMI reconciliations
