Btw, really appreciate the update to the referenced upstream openthread version! I'm working towards the goal of using TCAT (Thread Commissioning Over Authenticated TLS), which was introduced in this new version. |

Rather than disabling each app individually, which brings the risk of missing apps that get introduced later on, let's just tell openthread's cmake config to disable executables entirely.
