After verifying that they really were spurious, clean up the warnings that gcc -wextra reports, except for LeaMDNS.

After verifying that they really were spurious, clean up the warnings
that gcc -wextra reports, except for LeaMDNS.
This plus the template webserver PR should make the mocktest CI job warning-free (except for two LeaMDNS warnings), making it easier to see if real problems do creep in.
