Installation on Linux Mint fails

To get ethereal running there is a dependency on https://github.com/go-qml/qml

The Go-ethereum install-script for Linux uses the installation steps as described in that project - adding the ubuntu-sdk PPA and install specific packages. However, these steps are not compatible with Mint (or other Linux distributions besides Ubuntu)

It looks like go-qml needs to be fixed so it will run on other versions of Linux besides Ubuntu or perhaps an alternative package needs to be used/created.

@nicksavers go-qml should work on anything that Qt supports as far as I'm aware. Just have to install the right Qt package I reckon. Any luck with that?
