Adapt the r-polars dashboard to track the differences between dplyr/tidyr and tidypolars APIs

• distinct() in dplyr has the default .keep_all = FALSE, while the default behavior in polars (and thus tidypolars) is to return all columns, equivalent to .keep_all = TRUE. If this behavior wasn't intended, you could keep the default polars behavior and add a .keep_all argument to distinct() that performs a select() operation with the specified columns to harmonize the two implementations.
