Installation instructions need to be updated

[INSTALLATION.md](https://github.com/exercism/delphi/blob/master/docs/INSTALLATION.md) needs to be updated with new screen shots that agree with Delphi 10.3.  The images currently being used are for Delphi 10.2.

When a PR is opened to address this issue it should contain a phrase that will close this issue.
