The content in here is copy and pasted from https://github.com/exercism/configlet/blob/main/README.md which contains the up-to-date documentation. I only put things in the right place/format basically.
I did not touch the lint and generate part (lint seemed correct, generate is not fully implemented as far as I know).
I did some fixes for the "one sentence per line" rule.
