This PR does two things:
exerciseskey to theconfig.jsonfile as per Update config.json to match new specification #197problemssection to use the updated ordering (which is part of point 1).If people think that topics are incorrect or missing, that the ordering doesn't make sense or that the difficulty is incorrect, let's discuss this by opening new issues (for each problem you find).
If you're interested, this is the Google Sheet I used to work on the topics, difficulties and the order.
