Review updated descriptions.

#775 Updated all the descriptions to be self contained by prepending the problem blurb to the start of the description.md file.

This generates readmes that are identical to the previous readmes.

However, now that the blurb is part of the description, there is some missing punctuation and duplication/redundancy that needs resolving.

Tasks

• Add period to the first line of the description where they are missing. (Complete: Add period to end of first description line. #801)
• Fix obvious duplication in the first lines. (Complete: Review descriptions for initial duplication. #802)
