How to work with monorepos

Hi,
First of all, the project is amazing and super useful, so keep up the good work ^.^

I work with a monorepo where each project is a differente stack like project node, project 2 ruby, but codemcp seems to requires the codemcp.toml be in the root of the git repository? But each project has a different test code runner, how can I use codemcp in a monorepo?
