Version 0.1 features outline

This document attempts to define what features version 0.1 will contain once it’s released.

• Full support for the Kaillera protocol.
• Synchronous and Asynchronous variants of all applicable functions in the external interface.
• Fully functional peer-to-peer replacement of kaillera.
• Solid memory management
• Good, well documented sample implementation
• Real unit tests (maybe =)
