fix: hardcoded copyright year in footer should update automatically

Problem
The copyright year in the footer (`frontend/src/components/footnote.jsx`) 
is hardcoded to 2025:

© 2025 Red Hat, Inc. and others

This means it will become outdated every year unless manually updated.

Fix
Replace the hardcoded year with a dynamic value:

© {new Date().getFullYear()} Red Hat, Inc. and others

Impact
automatically updates the year without manual maintenance
