[BUG] Background color error state when creating new file

Describe the bug
User cannot see the error text when creating new file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to File
2. Click on new file
3. input file name with . in the end without file extensions
4. See error

Expected behavior
