Bug: Right Click Menus appear too tall.

Description

Right Click Menus assume max height as screen height if taskbar auto-hide is enabled. This makes it hard to use, as the menu flows behind the taskbar at times.
Request to limit MaxHeight of right click menu to 3/4 of screen height for better usability in general.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Right click on a file, click on show more options.
2. Files window not maximized and taskbar auto-hide enabled.
3. Menu extends under taskbar at time
