Add support for FpML Record-keeping schema #4033
Description
Background
FpML Confirmation schema to CDM mapping functions were recently contributed to CDM 7-dev (#3836). The contribution added an upstream dependency on the new model FpML as Rune which contains a Rune representation of the FpML Confirmation 5.13 schema.
Task Details
To support FpML Record-keeping messages, the FpML as Rune will be extended to also support the FpML Confirmation 5.13 schema.
