Search: Support search for flow by external_id and also additional external_identifiers #7336

Description
The search dialog support Physical Specifications, this includes support for additional external ids from the external_identifier table. It would be nice to have an additional search category (flows) which also show's the actual flows.
The search can either add flows as a category or the existing physical specification one can be renamed to flows and then it includes both flows and specs
thoughts on either option welcome.
