Fixing isNewUser

Hey there!
I want to share my fix for the issue #1737 , I was able to get the expected result for isNewUser when user signs in with Twitter, but I was not able to sign in with Microsoft, I'm not sure if it's because of my setup it's wrong or it's something else.
