[firebase_ai]: No support for language_code in Gemini Live API

Description

Vertex AI Gemini Live API supports language code for gemini-2.0-flash-live-preview-04-09, but firebase_ai, doesn't have the option. Resulting in completely different results.

Try on GCP Vertex AI, vs try the implementation in flutter without languageCode
