chore(): Port entity selector and related fixtures

Summary

• move the cached glob compiler into entity_utils and update selector expansion logic/tests to import it
• add richer geometry/entity pytest fixtures plus a geo-entity-provider simulation for exercising selector expansion end-to-end
• refresh service simulation snippets to include axisymmetric profile data and simplify the nested unit-conversion test
