[BUG] File ->New -> New Flutter Project Menu is missing in Version 85

In version 84, the option File ->New -> New Flutter Project Menu was working, but in version 85 it's missing. I am using the latest Android Studio version, its details are below.

Hello,

I can confirm this bug exists in version 85.0.4.

I also tested version 85.0.3, and the issue is not present there — the File -> New -> New Flutter Project menu appears as expected.

I haven't tested earlier versions due to compatibility issues with the current Android Studio version.
