Color picker is broken

These are some of the issues I've experienced with color picker:

1. File picker refuses to open when clicked on (editing the numbers by hand sometimes fixes that)
2. When file picker refuses to open, clicking on it multiple times can freeze intellij UI.
3. Hot reload using ctrl-s doesn't work after editing colors
4. Hot reload fails with an error saying "analysis errors", even though there are none (editing something else in file fixes that)
