[pigeon] Adds unnecessary_import to linter ignore list in generated dart tests

Fixes failure in roll PR: #2292.

This is a continuation of #2290.
I believed the above PR would fix all the errors because I didn't realize the lint error was from the generated test files. I added this change to #2292 and it looks like all the tests pass.

No tests since it's fixing analyze test.
