Adds a new check to our podspec validation that ensures that iOS plugins containing swift set search paths, to avoid problems like flutter/flutter#118418 from happening again as we migrate other plugins to Swift.
This way we aren't reliant on having Obj-C examples to catch the problem, and failures will provide a clear error message with instructions instead of a failure that's mysterious to anyone who hasn't already debugged this problem before.
Since the scope of the command was changing to be more than just a pod lint step, I also renamed the command to match our other checks (
license-check,readme-check,pubspec-check). The old name still works as an alias.Pre-launch Checklist
