Added Albanian ('sq') to the language code map and introduced initial Albanian translations in translations/sq.csv to support localization.
Added Kosovo to countryInfo.json with relevant currency, locale, and timezone details. Expanded sq.csv with new Albanian translations for system, accounting, and UI terms.
