Hi Team,
This pull request adds a new report - being the cash movement report. This is similar to the reports provided in Xero and MYOB in Australia.
Please note that this tracks the source of the accounts receivable/payable transactions to track the cash, so this won't necessarily match the Profit/Loss & Balance Sheet.
As a tax agent, this report is great for transferring data from one accounting system to another for entities that prepare their books on a cash basis.
