Pagination not updating after add/remove

When adding/removing elements in DnsZoneTable and CertificateMappingTable, pagination is not updating on all pages.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Have two pages of elements.
2. Remove items from the second page.
3. First page max elements are not updated.
