Render Razor files

While this works, it required me to make changes (locally) to MVC. So for other to be able to do this (just creating the issue here) the following isseus must be resolved:

• Make sure references are readable multiple times aspnet/Mvc#2461
• Allow returning precompiled views without sources aspnet/Mvc#2463
