- Removes --disable-rustbuild: Remove '--disable-rustbuild' option from configure script. rust-lang/rust#39774
- Add support for sanitizers: LeakSanitizer, ThreadSanitizer, AddressSanitizer and MemorySanitizer support rust-lang/rust#38699

Looks like this change needs to be applied to nightly (rust-999.ebuild) too. configure: error: Option '--disable-rustbuild' is not recognized
