Repair triage stats post-rename

getsentry/self-hosted#796 caused triage stats to break for onpremise/self-hosted. Should be corrected now with #273 but tickets caught in between are in a corrupted TTT state. Repair.

Here are the five issues that are stuck in the untriaged state:

• Python Deprecated Warning (sentry clean up) self-hosted#1162
• No module named 'ldap' self-hosted#1163
• Server Requirements  self-hosted#1164
• Sentry error self-hosted#1165
• Minimum requirements check fail when using docker compose v2.0.1 self-hosted#1166

I think what I need to do is manually insert records into the bigquery table representing the end of the triage state. There should already be events for this but they're using the new repo name. I know bigquery doesn't really support updates. Maybe there's a tweak to the query that would match up the second (new name) event with the first (old name) event? 🤔

I filed an OPS ticket to run the update.

New events traffic on self-hosted is getting picked up properly, yes?

I'm pretty sure we're good, but I filed getsentry/self-hosted#1195 in order to be certain.

Boom! Ops nailed it, update succeeded, orphaned issues are cleaned up, and the tracer issue showed up as expected. 👍
