Add a manual workflow to select a ready example Preview for live Slack QA or check that it still owns the QA alias. The operator supplies an exact deployment ID and commit SHA. The script checks the project, repository, commit, and Preview status before assigning the dedicated alias and reading it back.
This is not a lock. Checks detect changes only at the time of the request. There is no automatic restore or alias deletion that could overwrite another tester's selection. The workflow runs trusted main code and keeps its Vercel credential out of preview code.
The setup guide lists the remaining operator work: isolated Neon and Redis state, staging-only Slack credentials, a reachable webhook with dashboard auth retained, a dedicated alias, and a signed-in Slack test user. This change does not provision those resources, deploy previews, change the existing build or migrations, or run live Slack QA.
