Remove the startup handoff branch that cannot run after the selected route becomes the active profile. Keep tool-requested handoffs and remove the context override and extra wrapper used by the old branch.
Remove unused tool observer callbacks, the unused Pi content schema, and the unused
pluginHooksreturn field. Plugin hooks still run for sandbox and workspace setup, MCP results, and tool execution. Routing, handoff, and hook behavior stay unchanged.via David Cramer.
