Replace the self-update skill's npm lookup and install steps with junior-prod's
junior:updateanddeps:installcommands. The consumer scripts own artifact verification and lockfile changes. The skill reviews GitHub release notes and compares app config at the exact manifest commits.Apps without the verified install path stop rather than falling back to npm. Keep database migrations in the build command and keep automatic release updates opt-in.
This skill change reaches junior-prod only after a new Junior release and an app update. The coordinated junior-prod change pins the already verified 0.227.0 release; until this skill is released, use the app's new commands directly.
