Install pages appear on all JS guides

High Severity

Replacing the long notSupported guide lists with supported: [javascript] does not limit these pages to vanilla Browser JavaScript. A platform-level supported entry matches every JavaScript guide, so the Loader Script and generic NPM install pages inherit into React, Next.js, Node, and other framework docs.
