Run UWP gatekeeper in CI #2416
Description
To prevent issues like the one fixed in #2415, We should find a way to script the UWP Gatekeeper (.NET Native static analysis) and run it in CI on Windows. We only need to validate against the netstandard2.0 build of Sentry.
