ref(build): Rename dist directories to cjs

[Lms24]

This PR renames the dist directories in all build dirs to cjs. Hence, also the tarballs' structure changes which is why this PR also introduces a breaking change.

Additional changes: cleaned up some yarn clear commands which still had directories in them that don't exist anymore.
