Tooltip incorrectly sizes when showPointer is true and isFixedWidth is false

If a tooltip is set to show pointer and setIsFixedWidth() is false, the width 
of the area containing the text is incorrectly calculated. It appears to be the 
entire width of the tooltip including pointer, not the rectangular area able to 
support text.
