Please add a shortcut to reload subtitles

Currently, when you fix something in the subtitles file in a text editor and want to reload it, you must load another subtitles file first!

npm install (from https://github.com/gignupg/Movie-Subtitles/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md) says ERESOLVE could not resolve and suggest --force, so I run npm install --force and it shows a lot of errors!
