l10n: Update Irish translation for Git 2.52

Updated the Irish translation for Git 2.52.

• Updated po/ga.po using make po-update.
• Translated new and changed messages.
• Kept filename comments (file-only, no line numbers).
• Reviewed and adjusted some existing translations for consistency.
• Verified with git-po-helper check.
• Signed-off-by included in the commit message.
