Verified logger(1) works as intended on 11.10.34x as well so we should be fine here.

Adds logging to
/var/log/syslogon the remote GHE instance to bothghe-backupandghe-restore. The logging is fairly simple and records only start and completion but that should be fine for now. This should work with remote syslog configurations sincelogger(1)is used as well.Example messages:
