Describe the bug

I was using GPT5.3-Codex with Copilot CLI for some long time now, and since today two hours ago, it stopped working. There was a new version for the CLI in that window, not sure it is related. Other models work.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.14

Steps to reproduce the behavior

/model
Change to GPT5.3-Codex
then try to write anything

Expected behavior

Should answer...
Instead, it just writes 'Thinking...' forever.

I have the same issue; I'm also using version 1.0.14 with gpt5.3-codex.

Same issue (tried using GPT 5.3 Codex (Medium)) on Copilot CLI 1.0.14
I first thought it is a VS Code issue (as it was connected to the editor), but I'm getting responses from Claude Sonnet 4.6 on the CLI, and tried other models available, but only GPT 5.3 Codex failed to respond.

Same issue, but I tried other models than GPT 5.3 Codex (Medium) and every single one is affected.

Thanks for reporting this. There were two hours yesterday where gpt-5.3-codex was largely unavailable but it should be working as normal again. Apologies for the inconvenience!
