Broken links in CONTRIBUTING.md: CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and LICENSE.md return 404

Issue Description

The links to CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and LICENSE.md in the CONTRIBUTING.md file both lead to 404 (Not Found) pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the CONTRIBUTING.md file.

2. Click the link for Contributor Code of Conduct.

3. Observe the 404 page.
   

4. Click the link for project's open source license.

5. Again, observe the 404 page.
   

Expected Behavior

Both links should correctly navigate to their respective files.
