Currently, the sidebar is neither sticky nor scrollable. As a result, when users scroll through the documentation, the sidebar moves out of view, and they have to scroll all the way back up to access the API list again.
This PR improves the UI by making the sidebar
fixedandscrollable, ensuring that the list remains visible at all times.
