Date missing for mouseover on repository overview activity graph graph for days with no contributions

Problem description
The repository overview activity graph does not show a date label when hovering over a day with no contributions, while there is a date label on days with contributions.

Current situation
Days with no contributions are shown as 'No contributions'
Days with contributions are shown as ' contributions - Dec 18, 2025'

Expected situation
Days with no contributions are shown as 'No contributions - Dec 18, 2025'
Days with contributions are shown as ' contributions - Dec 18, 2025'

This is a limitation in the vue3-calendar-heatmap library, but given that we already use a fork, we may as well fix it.
