1.Does Gitea Runner support changing runner labels/tags online?
2.Currently, Gitea runner configuration is handled entirely via config.yml. Could this be modeled after the GitHub runner configuration process—where the user is prompted for specific options (such as runner-name and runner-label) during deployment to set up the configuration?
