Follows #20877
A bug was introduced by #20299 and fixed by #20877. At that time, although I have read the doc for
InformCleanupbut I didn't get the point how it should be used correctly.This PR fixes the doc, and update the docs for
numberOfServersToCreate=4(not 3 anymore)
